What happened to the Hue Sync and Hue Bluetooth Apps?

Published

Both apps were released in 2019 with the annulment of the Philips Hue Play HMDI Sync Box and the release of the new Hue bulbs that had both ZigBee and Bluetooth.

Over the years the functions of both apps have been combined into the main and now only Philips Hue app so it can all be set up an controlled through this single app. With this Philips Hue has recently removed the Hue Bluetooth app and the Hue Sync app from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Al functions from setting up and controlling all Hue products is done through one single app which you can download here for iOS and here for Google Play.
