Philips Hue Play gradient lightstrip Released

Hue Filament Bulbs Released
First Philips Hue bulb in a filament design launched.

Philips Hue Bulbs with Bluetooth Released
Philips Hue Bluetooth products in the traditional A19 light bulb shape and BR30 downlight were updated to include Bluetooth allowing to use these bulbs without the need for a bridge, other internal lights from the Hue range have been updated over the months and years to now include Bluetooth.
Hue Entertainment Released
At CES 2018 Philips Hue announced the release of Hue Entertainment, a game changing feature that will bring a new dynamic to gaming and movies through your lighting. The first partnership to be announced was with Razer allowing the Hue lights to integrate with Razer Chroma-enabled devices.
3rd Gen Hue Bulbs Released
Philips releases 3rd gen bulbs that are more vibrant producing much better greens and blues. You can identify the 3rd gen bulbs by looking for a 'richer color' logo at the top right corner of the packaging used on these bulbs, they also have a white plastic base to the bulbs with gold text.

With Hue bulbs now working with Apple HomeKit, you can trigger lighting changes with voice commands using your iOS device. Siri can turn your lights on and off or dim them or change there color.
Philips Introduces New Hue Wireless Dimming Kit
"Getting ambiance at home has never been so simple; just screw in your bulb and press the dimmer switch to create your own personal dimmable glow. You can use the dimmer switch as a normal wall switch, or take it from the base plate and use it as a remote control for optimal convenience as it can be easily placed anywhere you desire.
